I feel that I paid $200 for nothing. I went in for ankle pain and laxity. They did some X-rays and taped my ankle and when I came in for my follow up with Dr. Sachs he jumped straight into recommending custom orthotics. No mention of PT or anything else that could help me. When I asked if he could contact my insurance and tell them why he feels that custom orthotics are medically necessary he got defensive, yelled at me for 5 minutes, and then stormed off, slamming the door in my face in the process. I've asked for the practice to recommend over the counter orthotic options and they never got back to me. What did I pay all this money for? Definitely not for medical care. I guess I paid it for the privilege of being condescended to?

The staff was very efficient and professional. Appointment was scheduled very timely and pleasantly.

I really appreciate that the office helped to schedule me quickly since I thought I might have an infection. The office staff were all very helpful, friendly and professional. Dr. Kruse was great, answered all my questions & was very thorough in examining my foot & looking to make sure there weren't any other issues. I left with a sense of confidence about my course of treatment.

I had a great experience with Dr. Brett Sachs. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to carefully listen to my concerns. He explained my condition and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand, and I never felt rushed during my appointment.
His staff was also friendly and helpful, making the entire visit smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received. I highly recommend Dr. Sachs to anyone looking for an experienced and compassionate foot and ankle specialist.

Dr. Kruse and staff was great. The office is incredibly clean, too. I experienced huge relief after X-ray results and diagnosis, so that helps my impression. I’ll be back next week, hopefully my opinion remains so favorable!
