Very friendly staff. Was helped right away with check in and was seen by the Dr in a very timely manner. Dr was very nice and made me feel comfortable and showed concern about my case and gave me options on how and what I would like to proceed with my problem.

As close to fun as you can have at a clinic. From reception to the assistant that x-rayed and taped me to Dr. Paden, everyone was kind, friendly and professional.

I can't recommend Dr. Paden and the practice highly nor often enough. In my life I have been to several doctors who have treated my problem diabetic feet. Doctor Paden is the most competent and caring of all. I can't imagine going to any other physician.

Changed insurance in January and I was glad he took the insurance. Would hate to leave for a different doctor. VERY HAPPY

Was more interested in selling me custom orthotics than helping me. Per my insurance portal they would be paid but he refused to even try to charge them to insurance he said he would have to hire a full-time employee to do those types of claims. So, I have to pay out of pocket, and I can try to get reimbursed from my insurance. Once I refused to purchase them it was as if he didn't really care about me as a patient anymore. I will not go back; I will find another provider to help with my foot pain.

The doctor was easy to speak with and provided easy to understand information. She gave me treatment options and recommendations. I went with what she recommended and so far it has been doing good. The pain/issue is gone. Very satisfied
